Gender Pay Gap

Stiller operates within the logistics sector, a field that has historically been, and remains, predominantly male. Currently, women make up 20% of our total workforce and 3% of our professional driving team. This compares with sector-wide averages reported by Logistics UK* of 17% and 2%, respectively.

We believe that ensuring equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of gender, is vital to our ongoing success. A core part of this commitment is ensuring fair and equitable pay.

The gender pay gap** measures the difference in average hourly earnings (excluding overtime but including allowances) between men and women, expressed as a percentage of men’s average earnings.

For 2025, Stiller reported a gender pay gap of 3.91% in favour of men.
